anniversary and anniversary

Acacia Dental is delighted to have been at our new location at Hatton Park for almost a year now .¬† It has been a tremendous year with an increase in the number of new clients, passing our Denpaln, Health authority,¬† and CQC inspections. We have also managed to achieve 101% our NHS targets for the volume of treatments,¬† for I think ,the first time in almost¬† eight years, albeit with a small limited budget, so that makes it even more of a reward. ¬† Furthermore we have expanded our¬† range of services having taken on¬† Ella Bourne as¬† a Dental Therapist, who works part time for us now to jopin Anne our Hygienist.¬† The comments¬† from patients¬† about the new premises have been only favourable. ” bright , white and clean”….” I love the ability to park the car outside the front door” etc etc.

Whilst the premises is  almost at the year mark, Bev our receptionist has had her 2 year medal for hard work! She reports that the phone never stops ringing but she still manages to make a mean cup of coffee to keep us all going.  Well done Bev

Many thanks to all the staff for all their hard work in getting the practice to its current level and in keeping their enthusiasm to keep it moving onwards and upwards.

Thanks  to Dr Gill Tait, and nurses Shirley, Jess and Joanna too as they have not had a mention above.

Hatton Park update

Acacia are delighted that planning permission was granted to allow us to relocate to a new purpose-adapted bungalow at Hatton park.  We are delighted to be able to have a carpark on site and to have no stairs!  We are hoping to move to the new premises in the Autumn of 2014
